What Presu is
Presu is a free set of browser-based tools for creating invoices, quotes, and other business documents. Everything runs on your device.
Your documents, your responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents you create (amounts, taxes, required fields for your country, etc.).
- Presu's templates and calculators are generic aids — they are not legal, tax, or accounting advice. For compliance questions (e.g. electronic invoicing requirements such as CFDI, SII, DIAN), consult a professional in your jurisdiction.
- Because your data is stored only on your device, you are responsible for backups (use Export in the Privacy page). Clearing your browser data deletes your documents.
Acceptable use
Do not use Presu to create fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful documents. That includes fake invoices or receipts intended to mislead.
No warranty
Presu is provided "as is", free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the tools, including data loss or errors in generated documents.
Intellectual property
The Presu name, logo, and site design are our property. The documents you create with the tools are yours.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always be at this page with its effective date.
